As a dedicated yoga instructor, I am deeply committed to helping individuals achieve holistic wellness through the practice of yoga. With a profound understanding of the mind-body connection, I guide my students through asanas (poses), pranayama (breath control), and meditation techniques to promote physical strength, flexibility, mental clarity, and emotional balance.

In addition to yoga, I specialize in SuJok therapy. SuJok works on the principle that the hands and feet reflect the entire body. Stimulating specific points on the hands and feet can balance the corresponding areas of the body, promoting healing.

I take a personalized approach, designing tailored treatment plans that integrate yoga, acupressure, and acupuncture techniques. Through regular sessions, I empower individuals on a transformative journey toward greater vitality, resilience, and inner harmony.
